Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, data mining, and online research

Handle outbound calls and qualify prospects

Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel

Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead targets.

Requirements:

0–3 years of experience in lead generation / Tele-calling / Inside Sales/ Customer service.

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Confident, Energetic, and Target-Oriented

Basic knowledge of MS Excel
