LuxeTrails is a bespoke travel company focused on creating personalized experiences that help clients unwind, reconnect, and explore the world meaningfully.
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a critical role in qualifying and shaping high-quality leads for our Travel Consulting team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with inbound leads via calls (primarily from Instagram and other digital channels)
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and travel intent
• Qualify and vet leads to assess seriousness and conversion potential
• Communicate LuxeTrails’ offerings, services, and brand value clearly
• Build initial rapport and trust with prospective clients
• Share well-qualified leads with the Travel Consulting team along with detailed notes
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with customers
• Good judgment in evaluating customer intent and quality of leads
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
• Prior experience in lead generation, tele-calling, or sales is preferred
• Interest in travel, hospitality, or luxury services is an advantage
