Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Generation Expert– Outbound & Bids

The role
Own the top of our funnel. You find and warm up qualified decision-makers , we close them. Have discovery calls and account management. Just pipeline, every day.
What you'll run
- Cold email — Apollo/Lemlist/Instantly/Smartlead. Clean lists, warm-up, A/B, personalised copy.
- LinkedIn Sales Nav — connect, converse, qualify.
- Twitter/X — founder outreach via authentic engagement.
- Freelancer.com / Upwork — sharp, tailored bids that win discovery calls.
- Partnership outreach — offshore agencies, design firms, fractional CTOs for white-label deals.
- Directories — Pangea, Goodfirms, Clutch profile management.
- Pipeline hygiene — daily updates, weekly reporting, time tracker non-negotiable.
You are
- 2+ yrs B2B outbound / SDR and Experience in IT Consulting
- Fluent with Sales Nav, email-finder tools, and cold-email platforms
- Track record of winning bids on Freelancer/Upwork
- Sharp written English — sounds human, not templated
- Remote-ready, own laptop, structured
Bonus: sold tech services or white-label before; ClickUp/HubSpot comfort; list-building chops.
Variable is tied to qualified leads handed off + pilot conversions. Path to Lead Gen Manager.
