Experience- 1-2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage LinkedIn profiles and company pages for lead generation activities
- Identify and connect with decision-makers and relevant professionals via LinkedIn
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection requests, messaging, and follow-ups
- Plan and run basic email marketing campaigns using tools like Outlook Mail Merge or similar platforms
- Maintain email data and follow best practices to avoid spam issues
- Track leads, responses, and campaign performance in Excel/CRM
- Coordinate with the sales/management team to align outreach with business goals
- Handle daily outreach activities and ensure consistent follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation / LinkedIn Outreach / Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn for lead generation (basic outreach understanding required)
- Basic knowledge of email marketing or mail merge campaigns
- Good written communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets for lead tracking
Good to have:
- Exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic understanding of email deliverability or outreach tools
