Job Title: Lead Generation Executive – B2B / Enterprise Sales
Location: Mumbai Central
Department: Sales & Business Development
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the B2B / Enterprise segment. The role involves researching target companies, reaching decision-makers, nurturing prospects, and creating a strong sales pipeline to support the Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify potential B2B / enterprise clients through market research, LinkedIn, databases, and industry portals.
· Build and maintain a database of target companies and key decision-makers.
· Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
· Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline
· Schedule meetings or demos for Business Development Managers.
· Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.
· Prepare weekly and monthly lead generation reports for management.
· Gather market intelligence and competitor information through market research.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Understanding of B2B / enterprise sales cycle
· Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Excel
· Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Qualification & Experience
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
1–2 years of experience in B2B lead generation / Market Research
