This is an Outbound Sales role focused on a consultative, customer-first approach.
· Lead Generation & Sales: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell top-tier banking products like Credit Cards, Loan, Insurance.
· Customer Engagement: Handle inbound queries, ensuring customers receive accurate information and exceptional service.
· Activation & Retention: Focus on customer retention and activating new services.
· Market Insight: Collaborate with teams and share valuable market feedback.
Fresher: ₹16,000-18,000/month fixed (depends on your interview)
· Experienced (BPO/Tele-sales): Upto ₹25,000/month (Depends on your last in hand and interview performance hike will be provided)
· Experienced (Insurance Sales): Budget up to ₹30,000/month (Depends on your last in hand and interview performance hike will be provided - Thane location)
