Hiring: Marketing Executive (Premium Real Estate)

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and lead generation for our premium projects in Gurgaon. You will be the face of our developments, bridging the gap between luxury projects and high-value clients.
The Role at a Glance
- Generate Leads: Execute B2B/B2C campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
- Site Tours: Lead personalized tours, demonstrating USPs and value propositions to prospective buyers.
- Digital Growth: Oversee social media and collaborate with agencies on Google/Facebook Ads.
- Market Insights: Monitor Delhi-NCR real estate trends and competitor pricing.
- Brand Assets: Manage brochures, site signage, and digital walk-throughs.
Who You Are
- A Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing or Business.
- An excellent communicator and negotiator.
- Experienced in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure (Preferred).
- Proactive and mobile—ready to travel across Gurgaon micro-markets.
