Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive at Ornate TechnoServices Pvt. Ltd., located in Noida. The Lead Generation Executive will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, and assist the sales team in building a strong sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include managing leads through company tools, maintaining client communications, and supporting sales strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in generating new leads and working in lead generation processes
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and identifying potential business opportunities
  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Understanding of sales processes and ability to collaborate with sales teams
  • Organized and goal-oriented with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the IT industry is a must

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
  • Incentives: Unlimited incentives based on SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) performance
