Lead Generation Executive – US, India & APAC Enterprise (Cold Outbound Focus)
Location: Pune
Experience Required: 4-8 Years
Target Market: US, India & APAC Geography (Enterprise Accounts)
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Executive with strong experience in US, India & APAC focused cold outbound sales, specifically targeting large enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving cold outreach campaigns, generating qualified opportunities, and contributing to closures within complex sales cycles.
This role requires a proactive, research-driven professional who can independently identify prospects, engage decision-makers, and build a strong enterprise pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute cold outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) targeting enterprise accounts in the US, India & APAC.
Identify and research enterprise prospects using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
Engage with CXO/VP-level stakeholders in large US, India & APAC organizations.
Set up qualified discovery calls and contribute actively toward deal progression and closures.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to refine messaging and targeting.
Maintain accurate tracking of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM platforms.
Continuously optimize outreach strategy based on data, response rates, and conversion metrics.
Must-Have Requirements:
4+ years of experience in cold outbound lead generation for US, India & APAC geography.
Proven experience working with large enterprise accounts (not limited to SMB/mid-market).
Demonstrated track record of generating qualified opportunities and supporting closures.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
Hands-on experience with:
Apollo
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for US stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment.
