Role Description
We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive for a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, maintaining lead databases, and supporting the sales process through consistent communication and follow-ups.
This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, target-oriented, and interested in building a career in IT sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms and research
- Conduct market research to find potential clients and business opportunities
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
- Initiate communication with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and client onboarding
- Follow up with prospective clients and nurture leads effectively
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales support targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Lead Generation and client acquisition strategies
- Good knowledge of Market Research techniques
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Basic understanding of Sales and lead nurturing processes
- Experience using CRM tools or lead management software is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in IT services or technology industry will be an advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 per month
- Additional 1% Commission on every finalised lead/project
