Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive based in Chennai. The selected individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads through research and analysis, communicating with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in expanding the customer base. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining a database of prospects, and contributing to sales strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation and identifying new leads.
- Strong market research skills to analyze and understand target audiences and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and nurturing client relationships.
- Experience in sales and the ability to meet targets and contribute to the business development process.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
