Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Executive with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, lead acquisition, and campaign optimization. The candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving conversion performance, and scaling digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads
- Generate high-quality B2B/B2C leads through: Paid campaigns, Landing pages, Retargeting
- Email marketing
- Funnel optimization
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as: CPL, ROAS, CTR, CAC, Conversion Rate
- Create campaign strategies based on audience insights, competitor analysis, and business goals.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and lead quality.
- Perform A/B testing for: Ad creatives, Headlines, CTAs, Landing pages
- Coordinate with content, SEO, and design teams for campaign execution.
- Track and analyze performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Business Suite
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Generate detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Maintain lead tracking and CRM management for proper follow-ups and reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics & GTM
- Excellent understanding of: Performance marketing, Lead generation funnels, Conversion rate optimization, Audience targeting
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Performance-driven and ROI-focused professional.
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in B2B lead generation will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and scale campaigns efficiently
