We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive who can drive end-to-end sales—from lead generation to product demonstration and deal closure. This is a role combining telecalling, client consultation, and IT solution selling.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and online platforms
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions
- Conduct product demos (website/software solutions) via Zoom/Google Meet
- Handle follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales cycle
- Close deals independently or coordinate with the BDM for larger opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/tools
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi mandatory)
- Ability to confidently handle outbound, cold calling and client conversations
- Basic understanding of IT services (websites, software, digital solutions)
- Experience in inside sales / BDE / IT sales / SaaS sales
- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with virtual demos and online selling tools
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in IT services, software sales, or digital marketing sales
- Exposure to CRM tools and sales tracking
🔹 Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹3 LPA, CTC (based on experience)
- Incentives: Performance-based (high earning potential)
