Role Description
The Lead Generation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining a database of prospects, conducting research on target markets, and developing strategies to convert leads into sales opportunities. The role also involves engaging with potential clients through email campaigns, cold calling, and social media platforms to qualify leads and support the sales team in meeting revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation tactics, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Strong skills in market research, account profiling, and data analysis to identify high-potential prospects.
- Understanding of sales pipeline management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with potential clients and team collaboration.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies or experience in demand generation would be advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
