- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident professionals for International Voice Process, Lead Generation, and Appointment Scheduling roles. Candidates with strong communication skills and experience in customer interaction or outbound calling are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international outbound and inbound calls professionally
- Generate leads through calling and follow-up activities
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with prospective clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Build strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication
Mandatory Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- 1–2 years of experience in Voice Process / Lead Generation / Appointment Scheduling preferred
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling processes
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
