Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Executive with 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate B2B leads through web research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold outreach
- Research target companies and decision-makers based on ICP
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Perform outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information
- Track and report daily/weekly lead generation activities
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams for campaign execution
- Follow data privacy and compliance guidelines
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of sales funnel and prospect qualification (MQL/SQL concepts)
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
KPIs / Performance Metrics:
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Meetings/demo bookings
- Conversion rate from lead to opportunity
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly targets
