Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, research target companies, build prospect databases, and initiate outbound outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, research-oriented, and capable of generating qualified business opportunities for our Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify target businesses across assigned cities, industries, and market segments.
- Research companies and collect business intelligence including GSTIN, company turnover, decision-maker details, email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Build and maintain a high-quality prospect database.
- Conduct market research to identify potential software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, AI, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Send personalized cold emails to prospects introducing Harvee Technologies' services.
- Connect with prospects through LinkedIn and initiate business conversations.
- Track all outreach activities and update lead status in Excel, CRM, or internal systems.
- Follow up on outreach campaigns to maximize response rates.
- Qualify inbound and outbound responses and hand over interested prospects to the Business Development Executive (BDE) team.
- Ensure lead data accuracy and completeness at all times.
Required Skills
- Strong internet research and data collection skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Ability to draft professional outreach emails.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Research, Inside Sales, or B2B Prospecting.
- Experience working with software, SaaS, IT services, ERP, CRM, or technology companies is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, or similar lead generation platforms is preferred.

- Number of qualified companies identified per month.
- Number of complete lead records created.
- Number of personalized emails sent.
- Number of LinkedIn connections and outreach messages sent.
- Email response rate.
- LinkedIn response rate.
- Number of qualified leads handed over to BDE.
- Lead data accuracy and completeness score.
- Monthly pipeline contribution.
