About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Lead Generation Executive who is passionate about booking qualified meetings and building a strong sales pipeline. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with decision-makers, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 70–80 outbound cold calls daily to potential prospects
- Identify and qualify leads from the US/UAE market
- Book high-quality meetings with CXOs and key decision-makers
- Execute multi-channel outreach (Cold Calling, Email, LinkedIn)
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive pipeline and conversions
- Maintain accurate records of activities and updates in CRM
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation (US/UAE markets)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in cold calling and objection handling
- Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach is a plus

- Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)
