Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Lead Generation Executive.GodScale is hiring for one of our partner companies
Position: Lead Generation Executive
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive who will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating quality leads. If you enjoy interacting with people and have a knack for sales, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential customers interested in services
• Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, and social media outreach
• Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and interests
• Qualify leads and share relevant service information
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion
• Follow up with prospects to ensure engagement
• Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction
• Comfortable with calling, messaging, and email outreach
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and outreach tools
