Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Generation / Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with IT professionals on LinkedIn, understand their training and certification needs, and generate qualified leads for our Sales and Counselling teams.

Position Details
- Job Title: Junior Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation
- Location: Gurugram, India
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Generation on LinkedIn
- Build and nurture relationships with IT professionals via LinkedIn
- Engage with potential customers through chat to understand their course requirements
- Collect and share contact details (email and phone number) of interested individuals with the Sales IT team
🔹 Daily Target Achievement
- Generate 8–10 qualified leads on a daily basis
🔹 Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely follow-up of leads
- Coordinate with Counsellors to address customer queries and requirements effectively
🔹 Customer Interaction
- Create a professional and approachable first impression while interacting with customers
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through clear and effective communication
🔹 Learning & Growth
- Participate in training sessions to understand Eduvyne’s offerings and customer needs
- Continuously improve communication and lead generation skills
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Any graduate or equivalent
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in lead generation or marketing is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Basic understanding of IT training, or a willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily targets
