🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Generation Executive
(B2B – International Markets)
📍 Location: Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Executive with strong experience in B2B lead generation across international markets including USA, Canada, UK, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
If you have hands-on expertise in email prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and market research, and enjoy connecting with decision-makers in IT companies, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities- Generate qualified B2B leads from international markets (USA, Canada, UK, EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
- Perform targeted outreach via email and LinkedIn to schedule calls with VP / Director / Manager-level marketing professionals
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced Google research for prospecting and contact discovery
- Conduct initial discovery calls and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM tools with lead status and pipeline progress
- Research and analyze competitors to improve outreach strategy and positioning
- Build and manage a consistent lead pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of international markets and cross-cultural communication
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools (Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to understand and position IT services/solutions
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications- Experience in SaaS or IT services lead generation or business development
- Knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing technologies
