Role Description This is a full-time Lead Generation Executive role based in Pune City with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Lead Generation Executive will identify and qualify new business leads through outbound calls, emails, social channels, and other prospecting tools. The role includes conducting market research to map target accounts, understand buyer personas, and build segmented prospect lists. The individual will engage prospects, nurture early-stage opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities also include updating CRM records, tracking outreach activities, collaborating with marketing and sales, and reporting on lead-generation performance and conversion metrics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in generating and qualifying new leads, with experience in lead generation workflows and tools.
- Ability to conduct structured market research to identify target accounts, industries, and decision-makers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
- Sales-oriented mindset with an understanding of B2B sales cycles and pipeline management.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and prospecting tools; familiarity with email and social selling best practices.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (agency or SaaS experience is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a hybrid environment with cross-functional teams.
