Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist – US Market to join our team.
This is a full-time on-site role focused on generating and qualifying leads for the U.S. market through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and market research.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with U.S.-based prospects, capable of building strong conversations with decision-makers, and skilled at booking high-quality, qualified meetings for the sales team.
The Lead Generation Specialist will work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, nurture prospects, maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and contribute directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients in the U.S. market
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Book qualified meetings and appointments with decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors, and Managers
- Understand client requirements and determine qualification criteria before scheduling meetings
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity in CRM tools
- Conduct market and account research to identify high-potential prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates
- Meet monthly meeting-generation and pipeline targets
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in U.S. lead generation, outbound prospecting, or appointment setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good to near-native/great English accent with strong conversational ability for U.S. client interactions
- Ability to confidently engage with international prospects and decision-makers over calls
- Strong understanding of qualified meetings and sales funnel processes
- Ability to consistently book high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Knowledge of outbound sales techniques and business development strategies
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify relevant prospects and opportunities
- Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and lead generation tools
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus
- An understanding of U.S. business culture and communication etiquette is highly preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
