We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can plan, run, and optimize digital campaigns that generate qualified leads for our clients across industries such as real estate, retail, restaurants, and local businesses.
The role focuses on performance marketing and lead generation through digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns
- Plan and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Build and test audiences, targeting strategies, and retargeting campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize cost per lead (CPL)
- Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics
- Work with the design/content team to create ad creatives and copies
- Maintain lead tracking using CRM or spreadsheets
- Provide weekly campaign performance reports
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Knowledge of lead generation campaigns and audience targeting
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and improve results
- Understanding of landing pages and conversion funnels
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing or lead generation
- Experience running campaigns for local businesses or real estate
- Familiarity with CRM tools or marketing automation
Salary - 10,000 - 20,000/month
