Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation specialist located in Pune. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new sales leads, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and maintaining communication with potential clients. The role also involves collaboration with the sales team to drive business development and achieve organizational goals through effective lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Leads and Lead Generation
- Strong Market Research skills to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Background and understanding in Sales processes
- Educational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in relevant CRM software and tools is an advantage
