About the Role
We are hiring a Marketing Executive to drive B2B growth across IT services, SaaS, AI, and tech consulting. You will own content, outbound, and search visibility, partnering closely with sales to build a qualified pipeline. This role suits a hands-on operator who writes with clarity, ships fast, and leverages AI tools to multiply output.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B outbound campaigns using Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, and Smartlead, owning list building, sequencing, deliverability, and reply rates.
- Create and publish content across LinkedIn, blogs, landing pages, and email to build brand authority and drive qualified inbound leads.
- Execute SEO and AEO programs covering keyword research, on page optimization, schema markup, FAQ structuring, and LLM citation strategy.
- Run lead generation workflows that source, enrich, and qualify B2B prospects, then hand them off cleanly to the sales team.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and produce weekly performance reports in Sheets or Excel covering pipeline, conversion, and channel ROI.
- Apply AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini daily to research faster, automate workflows, and scale output.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in IT services, SaaS, AI, or tech consulting.
- Proven LinkedIn writing skills with a track record of posts, thought leadership, or campaigns that earned measurable engagement.
- Hands on expertise with outbound and email automation tools including Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly, and Smartlead.
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO including schema markup, FAQ structuring, and LLM citation strategy for generative search visibility.
- Strong written and spoken communication, with the ability to turn technical topics into clear, persuasive copy for technical buyers.
- AI fluent in daily use of Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to ship faster and automate routine work.
