Role Overview
We are hiring a Remote Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Associate who can help AIAVRO find quality business leads, understand client needs, and generate opportunities for our AI, automation, and website development services.
This role is suitable for candidates who understand AI, websites, business research, data scraping, online lead generation, and client outreach.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, but you must be serious about performance, targets, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients for AI automation, website development, WhatsApp automation, AI agents, and business automation services
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google Search, Google Maps, directories, social media, and other public platforms
- Build and manage lead databases with accurate company details, contact information, business category, and service fit
- Perform ethical data research and lead scraping from publicly available sources
- Understand client businesses and identify how AIAVRO can help them grow
- Create personalized outreach messages for email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Qualify leads based on business need, budget, service fit, and decision-making potential
- Schedule meetings or calls with interested prospects
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversations using CRM or spreadsheets
- Work closely with the AIAVRO team to improve lead quality and conversion strategy
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of AI, automation, websites, and digital business solutions
- Good knowledge of online research and lead generation
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Google Search, Google Maps, and CRM tools
- Basic understanding of websites, landing pages, SaaS, AI agents, and business automation
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to understand client pain points and suggest suitable solutions
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
- Willingness to learn new AI tools, scraping tools, and lead generation methods
Good to Have
- Experience with data scraping or lead scraping tools
- Knowledge of cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or WhatsApp outreach
- Experience with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Apollo, Clay, PhantomBuster, or similar tools
- Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels and client acquisition
- Experience targeting industries like clinics, salons, real estate, agencies, ecommerce, education, and local businesses
- Experience selling website development, AI automation, or software services
Compensation
- Base Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Salary will depend on skills, execution ability, communication, and performance
- Extra 15% performance incentive will be provided for strong results and good target achievement
- Long-term growth opportunities are available for candidates who consistently perform well
