Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and research-driven Business Development professional who can support pipeline generation, lead research, outbound coordination, and sales operations in a fast-paced adtech and digital marketing environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation and market research, and the ability to coordinate meetings and maintain structured sales pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate and maintain qualified sales pipelines across target industries and markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, industry trends, and business opportunities.
- Research, verify, and qualify leads based on company profile, decision-makers, business relevance, and market fit.
- Manage CRM and maintain accurate lead tracking, follow-ups, and sales activity records.
- Coordinate outbound communication through LinkedIn, email outreach, and calling support.
- Schedule calls, meetings, and demos between prospects and the leadership/sales team.
- Support sales strategy execution and partnership outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing and management teams for campaign alignment and lead nurturing.
- Maintain regular follow-up cycles with prospects to improve conversion opportunities.
- Prepare reports on lead status, outreach performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.
Requirements:-
- Must be from an agency/adtech background.
- Hands-on experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales Coordination.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead research, outbound sales processes, and pipeline management.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Google Sheets, or sales platforms preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to conduct structured market and competitor research.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in adtech, digital marketing, SaaS, agency, or startup environments will be preferred.
