We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation Executive who can balance both field work and online lead generation.
🔹 Role Overview
This is a hybrid role with:
• 50% Work from Office (Calls, lead management, coordination)
• 50% On-Ground Work (Society tie-ups, worker hiring, field visits)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp & online platforms
• Visit residential societies for tie-ups and partnerships
• Handle on-ground worker hiring and onboarding
• Build relationships with societies and local communities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
🔹 Salary & Benefits
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month (based on performance)
• Travel Expenses: Covered by 1 Solution
🔹 Who Should Apply?
• Energetic and street-smart individuals
• Comfortable with field work and communication
• Basic knowledge of sales / lead generation is a plus
• Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
