Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a professional located in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day duties will involve identifying and pursuing business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Additionally, the role will involve clear communication across teams, maintaining records, and meeting sales targets while aligning with the goals of Square Yards.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Understanding and experience in Business and Account Management processes
- Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Proficiency in CRM and business development tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
