Graixl is a Voice AI interview platform for recruitment and hiring teams. It helps companies and recruitment agencies automate first-round candidate interviews using voice AI, structured questions, transcripts, scoring, and candidate reports.
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to support our outbound sales activity in India.
Role Overview
You will help Graixl build a qualified B2B sales pipeline by identifying relevant prospects, creating lead lists, managing outbound email campaigns, tracking responses, and booking meetings with potential customers.
This role is suitable for someone with hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, cold email outreach, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM / Google Sheets tracking.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers in recruitment agencies, staffing companies, HR teams, and IT hiring companies.
- Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and similar tools.
- Find and verify decision-maker contact details.
- Set up, manage, and monitor cold email campaigns using Instantly.
- Track campaign performance including bounce rate, open rate, reply rate, and positive replies.
- Clean lead lists and remove invalid, duplicate, or irrelevant contacts.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain lead data and activity tracking in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Coordinate with the senior team to schedule qualified product demos.
- Share daily and weekly progress reports.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, email outreach, or inside sales.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo for lead sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Instantly for cold email campaigns.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
- Good written & spoken English.
- Ability to research companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Comfortable working remotely with daily targets and reporting.
- Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented.
Good to Have
- Experience targeting recruitment agencies, staffing firms, HR teams, or SaaS buyers.
- Experience with email verification tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or Google Sheets.
- Experience in HR tech, recruitment, SaaS, IT services, or B2B technology.
Compensation
Fixed monthly compensation plus performance-based incentives for qualified meetings and successful client conversions.
