About PREWAL Studio and the Role :-
PREWAL Studio Private Limited is a garment manufacturing and export company based in Gurugram.
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and execution-focused Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive (B2B) to support our business development, outbound marketing, and digital marketing initiatives.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Founders Office to execute structured lead generation workflows, manage outbound communication, support and execute digital marketing campaigns, and monitor performance across different marketing channels.
The overall business development strategy, target markets, positioning, and marketing direction will be guided by the leadership team.
Your responsibility will be to translate these strategies into consistent execution, identify and qualify potential business opportunities, manage outreach activities, track digital marketing performance, and deliver actionable insights.
This is a hands-on role that combines B2B prospecting, email outreach, outbound calling, digital advertising, campaign analytics, and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. B2B Lead Generation & Prospect Research
- Research target companies, industries, and potential clients based on defined business development priorities.
- Identify relevant decision-makers, key stakeholders, and appropriate contacts within target organizations.
- Find, verify, and maintain professional contact information, including business email addresses and phone numbers.
- Build and maintain an accurate, structured, and regularly updated prospect database.
- Evaluate leads based on relevance, company profile, market segment, and alignment with defined targeting criteria.
- Maintain data quality, remove duplicate entries, and validate information before outreach.
- Support the development of reliable lead pipelines for further engagement by the leadership team.
2. Email Outreach & Campaign Execution
- Execute structured B2B email outreach campaigns using approved messaging, targeting criteria, and workflows.
- Manage email communication schedules, follow-up sequences, and prospect engagement tracking.
- Monitor email performance, including delivery, bounce rates, replies, positive responses, and follow-up status.
- Identify prospects demonstrating genuine interest and prioritize them for further communication.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and campaign progress.
- Identify operational issues affecting outreach effectiveness and communicate them to the Founders Office.
- Ensure all communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with PREWAL's positioning and outreach guidelines.
3. Outbound Calling, Follow-ups & Lead Qualification
- Take primary responsibility for outbound calling and follow-up activities involving assigned prospects.
- Conduct professional initial conversations with potential B2B clients.
- Understand basic prospect requirements, relevance, interest, and potential business opportunities.
- Qualify responses and maintain accurate lead statuses.
- Follow up consistently with prospects according to approved communication schedules.
- Ensure that interested prospects are identified and passed to the Founders or Founder's Office for further discussions.
- Maintain clear documentation of conversations, follow-up dates, objections, and next steps.
- Ensure no qualified opportunity is overlooked due to delayed communication or incomplete records.
4. Digital Marketing & Paid Campaign Execution
- Support the planning, setup, execution, and ongoing management of digital marketing campaigns based on approved strategies and budgets.
- Work hands-on with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram Ads) to create, manage, monitor, and optimize assigned advertising campaigns.
- Assist in defining campaign objectives, target audiences, campaign structures, placements, and creatives in line with leadership-approved plans.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams for advertising creatives, marketing content, and campaign requirements.
- Monitor campaign budgets, delivery, performance, and results.
- Evaluate advertising effectiveness using metrics such as impressions, reach, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), cost per lead (CPL), and lead conversion rates.
- Identify underperforming advertisements, audiences, and campaigns and recommend data-backed improvements.
- Support practical testing of campaign creatives, audiences, and messaging within approved guidelines.
- Maintain organized campaign records and document changes made during optimization.
- Support other relevant digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads, SEO, website analytics, or digital content distribution, depending on business priorities.
5. Digital Lead Tracking & Conversion Analysis
- Track leads generated through digital marketing activities and maintain accurate source attribution wherever technically possible.
- Monitor the journey of leads from campaign engagement or enquiry to initial qualification and subsequent follow-up.
- Coordinate with the Founder's Office to ensure digital enquiries receive timely responses.
- Distinguish between total leads generated and leads that meet PREWAL's target customer criteria.
- Identify campaigns generating relevant enquiries rather than focusing only on impressions, clicks, or lead volume.
- Maintain visibility into cost per lead, qualified lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign efficiency.
- Support the use of Meta Ads Manager, website analytics, tracking links, spreadsheets, and CRM systems to evaluate digital marketing performance.
- Flag discrepancies, tracking gaps, and unusual changes in campaign performance.
6. CRM, Marketing Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain organized and accurate lead records across outbound and digital marketing activities.
- Track prospect status, source, interactions, follow-ups, qualification outcomes, and next actions.
- Prepare structured daily and weekly marketing reports for the Founders and Founder's Office.
- Report on lead generation activity, outreach performance, calling outcomes, digital advertising performance, and campaign-generated opportunities.
- Prepare clear summaries of campaign expenditure, results, cost efficiency, and key observations.
- Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across marketing workflows.
- Present meaningful insights supported by data rather than merely listing completed tasks.
- Ensure leadership has clear visibility into the performance and progress of ongoing marketing initiatives.
7. Marketing Workflow Execution & Continuous Improvement
- Execute marketing strategies and workflows defined by the Founders and Founder's Office.
- Coordinate outbound and digital marketing activities according to approved priorities and timelines.
- Use marketing tools, spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of structured follow-up, lead tracking, and performance monitoring systems.
- Proactively identify gaps in lead quality, campaign performance, reporting, and follow-up execution.
- Recommend practical, data-driven improvements to existing workflows.
- Maintain accountability for assigned tasks, campaign timelines, reporting accuracy, and follow-up commitments.
- Ensure that marketing execution remains consistent, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.

- Practical exposure to digital marketing campaign execution and performance monitoring.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign performance analysis.
- Experience researching potential clients, identifying decision-makers, or generating qualified business leads.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls, communicating with prospects, and managing follow-ups.
- Understanding of basic marketing and campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for organizing and analyzing data.
- Ability to maintain structured records, interpret campaign results, and prepare clear performance reports.
