Role Description
The Lead Generation Consultant is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore. The consultant will focus on identifying potential customers, developing qualified leads, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth. Responsibilities include researching target markets, creating outreach strategies, managing lead databases, and collaborating with the sales team to convert opportunities into successful engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong lead generation skills, including prospect identification, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies
- Proficiency in research and database management to identify and organize potential customer information
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with lead tracking systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to achieve shared goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the retail industry and local market knowledge is a plus
