Job Summary
Pannadhay University is looking for a motivated and energetic Lead Generation & Cold Calling Executive to support student admissions and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective students and admission partners, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, online research, and databases.
- Contact prospective students, parents, consultants, and educational partners.
- Explain university programs, admission procedures, and fee structures.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Schedule counseling sessions and admission meetings.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong cold calling and telecalling abilities.
- Good English and Hindi proficiency.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM).
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, or admissions counseling preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
