Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Consulting & Market Intelligence. The role supports Inotek’s consulting acquisition process through lead generation, opportunity qualification, market research, and proposal support. The position works closely with the Sales team and internal engineering experts to convert early-stage discussions into structured consulting opportunities.
In addition to opportunity development, the role also supports pipeline tracking, sales intelligence, and periodic revenue analysis, helping leadership understand market activity and sales performance.
This position acts as a bridge between market outreach, technical consulting teams, and internal sales strategy.
What you'll do:
- Identify and connect with potential pharma & life sciences clients globally
- Qualify leads and assess consulting opportunities
- Support preparation of consulting proposals and project concepts
- Track opportunities and generate sales & market insights
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and consulting teams
- Support participation in global pharma exhibitions & industry events.
Who should apply:
- 2–5 years experience in Market Research / Consulting Support / BD Support
- Background in Pharma / Mechanical / Chemical / Biotechnology Engineering preferred
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
