- Bachelor’s Degree in BBA, B.Com, BMS, BA, MBA (Marketing/Sales) — added advantage
- Graduates with strong communication + sales exposure preferred
- Min 2+ years in lead generation / inside sales / tele-calling
- Lead Generation & Prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn/social media, databases, or campaigns)
- Outbound Calling & Cold Calling (Outbound Calling, Cold Calling, Telecalling, Client Outreach, Sales Calls)
- Lead Qualification (Prospect Qualification, MQL, SQL, Customer Screening)
- CRM Handling & Lead Management(CRM usage, reporting, pipeline tracking, customer data management)
- Email Outreach & Follow-Up Management (Outreach campaigns, response handling, follow-up process management)
- Research & Data Mining (Market Research, Lead Research, Data Mining, Internet Research, Prospect Research)
- Target-Oriented Sales Environment (Target Achievement, KPI, Sales Targets, Performance Metrics, Revenue Support)

Description:
We are looking for candidates with at least 2+ years of practical experience in lead generation, inside sales, or outbound calling roles who are confident in identifying prospects, making outbound calls/emails, qualifying leads, and maintaining CRM records. Strong communication skills, target orientation, follow-up discipline, and the ability to work closely with sales teams are extremely important. Candidates from BPO, tele-sales, SaaS sales support, digital marketing lead generation, or business development backgrounds will fit well, especially those comfortable with high-volume outreach and lead nurturing.
