We are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Executive / Lead Generation Executive who can bring quality leads, connect with potential clients, explain our services, and help convert inquiries into business.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive / Lead Generation Executive at Qodvexa Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Indore. The candidate will be responsible for finding potential clients, generating leads through online and offline channels, calling prospects, explaining company services, scheduling meetings, following up with clients, and helping the team clo
se deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads for website, app, software, digital marketing, and AI service projects
* Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and local market visits
* Explain Qodvexa’s services and pricing clearly to prospects
* Schedule meetings with interested clients
* Maintain daily lead records and follow-up status
* Build strong client relationships
* Coordinate with the technical/team lead for project requirements
* Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
Required Skills
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Basic knowledge of IT services like websites, apps, CRM, ERP, and digital marketing
* Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client meetings
* Ability to generate leads from LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, Justdial, IndiaMART, and local business networks
* Positive attitude and target-focused mindset
* Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Qualifications
* 12th pass / Graduate / MBA candidates can apply
* Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome
* Prior sales or lead generation experience will be a plus
