Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lead Generation role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and generating new leads through research and networking, building relationships with potential clients, and strategizing ways to attract prospective customers. The candidate will work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement lead generation campaigns and ensure sales targets are met. Monitoring market trends and providing insights to enhance lead generation strategies will also be a core part of the role.
Qualifications
- Should have 1-2 years of Experience.
- Should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Should have Experience in TeleSales, Telemarketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales.
- Proven ability to generate New Leads and execute effective Lead Generation strategies
- Strong Market Research skills to identify trends, potential opportunities, and target customers
- Excellent Communication skills for building relationships with prospective clients and presenting effectively
- Experience and skills in Sales processes, including converting leads into potential customers
- Proficient in working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
- Preferred experience in the technology or real estate sectors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
