Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation specialist at NainAurNaqsh. The role involves identifying and sourcing new leads through online platforms, databases, and social channels, and qualifying them based on target markets and client profiles. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining lead lists and CRM records, initiating contact with prospects via email or messaging, and coordinating with the sales and account teams to support outreach campaigns. The Lead Generation specialist will track performance metrics, refine lead-generation strategies, and collaborate with the wider team to help grow the agency’s client base.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze target industries and audiences.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage prospects and support sales efforts.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to qualify leads and understand client needs.
- Experience using CRM or lead management tools and basic proficiency with spreadsheets or reporting dashboards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet lead-generation targets.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, creative agencies, or B2B services is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
