Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Lead Generation Associate on a commission-based compensation structure. The individual in this role will identify potential clients, conduct market research, and initiate conversations to generate quality leads. Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline of prospects, developing leads into opportunities, and maintaining communication with potential customers to promote Khashsoft’s tailored software and IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in New Leads acquisition and Lead Generation processes
- Proficiency in Market Research and identifying target audiences
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships with potential clients
- Sales-oriented mindset with knowledge of prospecting and client management
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Experience in B2B software or IT services is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
