Leverage Remote helps US and Canadian founders scale execution by providing dedicated remote operators across operations, marketing, sales support, and finance.
We work with founder-led companies that want to grow faster without the complexity and risk of traditional hiring.
We are currently building our outbound pipeline and are looking for individuals who want to take ownership of generating meaningful founder conversations.
This role is not designed for people looking for a fixed-salary comfort structure. It is better suited for individuals who want to challenge themselves, operate with ownership, and grow by building something from the ground up.
What You Will Do
• Research and identify founder-led companies across the US and Canada that fit our Ideal Customer Profile
• Connect with founders through personalized LinkedIn outreach
• Start meaningful conversations and identify hiring or scaling needs
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls with the founder of Leverage Remote
• Maintain clean tracking of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups
Your focus is on building a qualified pipeline, not negotiating or closing deals. All pricing discussions and deal closing remain founder-led.
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor role.
Commission per converted client typically ranges from:
₹30,000 – ₹1,00,000 depending on the client tier.
There is no cap on earnings, and consistent performance can lead to meaningful monthly income.
