We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented professional to lead referral-led growth initiatives by onboarding and managing Vedantu Micro-Entrepreneurs (VMEs). In this role, you will build external partnerships, drive student lead generation, and scale referral conversions through offline ecosystems and strong personal networks.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in EdTech sales, school partnerships, channel sales, or affiliate-driven business development who thrives in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect, and onboard individuals interested in becoming Vedantu Micro-Entrepreneurs (VMEs)
- Build and maintain partnerships with local coaching institutes, tuition centers, educational consultants, and community networks
- Generate high-quality student leads through referral and partnership channels
- Own and manage the referral funnel from onboarding to conversion
- Drive admissions and revenue growth through the VME channel
- Develop and execute strategies to scale offline referral ecosystems
- Track, analyze, and optimize referral performance metrics
- Maintain accurate lead and partner data through CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to improve conversion efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in EdTech sales
- Proven experience in school tie-ups, partnership sales, or referral-driven growth models
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to generate and scale external lead pipelines
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working in target-driven environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience in franchise development, channel sales, or affiliate networks
- Understanding of student acquisition funnels and conversion metrics
- Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management tools
- Familiarity with offline education ecosystems and local market outreach
