Mulmul is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Lead Generation Associate to support customer outreach and engagement across store and online channels.
This role involves connecting with potential and existing customers, generating qualified leads, driving store visits and sales engagement, and ensuring a warm and seamless customer experience aligned with the Mulmul brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Reach out to potential and existing customers through calls and messaging
* Generate leads for store visits, appointments, and online sales
* Follow up on customer inquiries and ongoing conversations
* Maintain customer databases and lead records
* Coordinate with store and sales teams for conversions
* Support customer engagement during launches, promotions, and festive campaigns
* Build strong customer relationships through thoughtful communication
Requirements
* Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
* Confident and professional calling skills
* Good interpersonal and relationship-building ability
* Organized and detail-oriented approach
* Comfortable with daily outreach and follow-ups
* Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, customer support, or sales is preferred
