Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation
Location: Mohali

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business leads for IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
- Research and target potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Reach out to decision-makers (HRs, Hiring Managers, CTOs, etc.) via email, calls, and social platforms.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Understand client requirements related to contract staffing, permanent hiring, and project-based hiring.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to align on client needs.
- Track and report lead generation metrics and performance regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in lead generation within IT staffing or staff augmentation.
- Strong understanding of US/UK/India staffing markets (preferred).
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), and email outreach tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in international client handling (US/UK market).
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS models.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Number of qualified leads generated
- Meetings scheduled with potential clients
- Conversion rate from leads to opportunities
- Revenue contribution support
