Role OverviewWe are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can own and scale our outbound growth engine. This role is focused on identifying, reaching, and converting high-quality leads through structured, automated, and data-backed outreach strategies.
You will work closely with the founder and growth team to drive user acquisition through multiple outbound channels.
Key Responsibilities- Build and execute outbound lead generation campaigns across:
- Email marketing
- WhatsApp outreach
- LinkedIn prospecting & messaging
- Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for Kalpi’s products
- Set up and manage automated outreach workflows
- Cold email sequences
- LinkedIn automation campaigns
- CRM integrations
- Generate and maintain a high-quality lead pipeline
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on:
- Open rates
- Response rates
- Conversion metrics
- Manage and enrich databases using tools and data platforms
- Collaborate with product & sales to improve messaging and targeting
Required Skills & Experience- 0–4 years of experience in lead generation / outbound growth
- Hands-on experience with:
- Email marketing tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- WhatsApp outreach tools
- CRM systems
- Strong understanding of:
- Cold outreach strategies
- Personalization at scale
- Funnel optimization
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Ability to write high-converting outreach copy
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
