Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation/Marketing Specialist based in Pune. The individual will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and generating and managing leads. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, driving customer engagement, providing top-notch customer service, and supporting the sales process through well-targeted marketing campaigns. Additionally, this role requires tracking and analyzing marketing performance and taking initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
What you'll do:
- Own and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid, organic)
- Build and manage targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and optimize MQL → SQL conversion
- Write compelling copy for outreach sequences, landing pages, and ad creatives
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance — then iterate fast
- A/B test messaging, channels, and offers to continuously improve results
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, demand gen, or growth marketing
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical mindset — you love digging into metrics
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting and inbound nurture workflows
- Bonus: familiarity with SEO, paid ads (Google/Meta/Instagram), or ABM strategies
- Experience in software, technology, or consultancy industries is a plus
