Internship Opportunity – Intern- lead gen (MERIT-X Package)

Position: Lead Gen intern

Location: Work From Office – Bangalore

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday Off)

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM


 

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and driven Lead Gen intern who will be responsible for promoting and selling our Class 10 Learner Package to students and parents.

This role provides hands-on exposure to tele-sales, customer engagement, sales funnel management, and revenue generation. Interns will work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers while maintaining consistent follow-ups and relationship management.


 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Outreach

• Promote and sell the Learner Package for Class 10 within the defined pricing structure.

• Connect with potential customers (students, parents, and schools) through outbound calls and follow-ups.

• Explain product benefits, pricing, and offers to drive conversions.

Lead Management

• Maintain a pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-up.

• Update CRM or tracking sheets with call outcomes and customer status.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.

Reporting & Coordination

• Share daily performance updates with the reporting manager.

• Work closely with the team to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.
