Role Description The Lead Full Stack Engineer (Immediate Joiners) role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves leading end-to-end software development across front-end and back-end systems, designing scalable architectures, and implementing robust, secure, and maintainable solutions. The Lead Full Stack Engineer will guide and mentor team members, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing project timelines, and overseeing deployment and continuous improvement of applications. The role also requires active participation in technical decision-making, performance optimization, and the introduction of modern tools and frameworks to enhance the engineering workflow.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 8 years
- Strong front-end development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, with hands-on experience in building APIs and integrating data services.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-stack development, delivering end-to-end web applications and working across the entire technology stack.
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical best practices.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and join immediately or within a short notice period.
