🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-performance software solutions powering advanced navigation and piloting systems.
This is a leadership role where you will own architecture, mentor teams, and build scalable, secure applications aligned with long-term business goals.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design & development of robust software applications
- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, R&D)
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions
- Drive technical innovation and adopt modern development practices
- Ensure alignment with business and product strategy
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
- 10–15 years of experience in software development
- Strong expertise in system architecture & scalable solutions
- Proven leadership / team handling experience
- Excellent skills in debugging, performance optimization & testing
- Hands-on experience with Agile, CI/CD & DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
🔹 Technical Skills Required
- Go (Golang) – Minimum 4+ years (Must Have)
- React.js & TypeScript
- Strong backend development experience
- Hands-on full-stack development exposure
- Experience with AWS Serverless services
🔹 Additional Requirements
- Team Lead experience OR strong leadership potential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
