Role : Senior / Lead Full Stack Skills : React.js + Mode : Virtual (2 Rounds)
Work Locations : Chennai (Preferred), Bangalore, Mode : Hybrid
We Are Seeking a Highly Skilled Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer With Strong Expertise In Frontend Development And Solid Backend Engineering Capabilities. The Ideal Candidate Will Lead The Design And Development Of Scalable, High-performance Web Applications While Contributing Across Frontend, Backend, Cloud, And DevOps Distribution
70% Frontend (React.js)
30% Backend (Java)
Key Responsibilities : Development (Primary Focus) :
- Architect and develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js
- Build scalable and reusable component-based UI architectures using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend best practices including :
- Performance optimization
- Accessibility standards
- Cross-browser compatibility
- Accessibility standards
- Cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend Development :
- Design and develop enterprise-grade backend services using Java (Spring Boot preferred)
- Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Ensure backend systems are highly performant, reliable, and secure
- Define and enforce API design standards and integration & DevOps :
- Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (preferred) or AWS
Implement Best Practices For
- Scalability
- Monitoring & logging
- Infrastructure optimization
- Cost Leadership :
- Lead architecture discussions and contribute to key technology decisions
- Mentor engineering teams and promote coding best practices
- Conduct code reviews and design reviews to maintain engineering quality standards
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams for successful project Skills & Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with strong frontend expertise
- Hands-on expertise in React.js / Vue.js / Next.js
Strong Proficiency In
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- Solid backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot)
- Experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Hands-on experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS
- Strong understanding of Git and Agile development Candidate Profile :

- Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
